you as a customer, which is why we store the serial number of every tool
that goes out the door, along with your name and number.

Authorized Service Center
We are an authorized service center for Makita, Paslode, and Hitachi, which means those warranty repairs can almost always be completed in-house, virtually eliminating tools lost in shipping.
Tool Repair for Many Brands Not Under Warranty
For tools that are no longer covered under warranty, we offer very affordable repair rates – enabling you to run your tools longer, and save you significant amounts of money. Most repairs even carry a 30 day warranty on repaired parts!
